Welcome to Yarnandkisses' FIRST club ever! We're really excited about this!
It's not a secret that Jolene loves BLUE :) and naturally, BLUE is the theme of our first club!
All of the items in the club are handmade or handdyed by Jolene right here in Tasmania, Australia. We thank you for your support!
Let's cut to the chase and explain what this club is all about (and look at lovely pictures of yarn!)
First, let's take a look at the 'naked' version of the package:

Here's what is included in the club package:
1. A project bag handmade by Jolene (Dimensions: 30cm x 31cm x 10cm) This bag is big enough to hold a medium sized project, such as a cardigan or a shawl.
2. A choice of
2 skeins of yarn or fibre for spinning handdyed by Jolene. (Please see their descriptions below).
3. A complimentary bar of handmade soap by Jolene. (Made with vegetable oils and pure essential oils only - No SLS added!)
4. Express postage (which is traceable) within Australia is
included. (Please see below for shipping to other countries.)
Project Bag:Here's a teeny sneak preview of the blue bags!
Fabric used to make these bags are of high quality. A hand strap allows you to carry the bag on your wrist while you walk around with your project. Studs at either sides of the bag help to keep the yarn from falling out. Fold the bag down at the sides and you'll get a mini fabric basket holding your project!
Yarn/Fibre choice:As we'd like to offer more choices to our valued customers, YOU get to choose what yarn bases you'd like to receive your BLUE GOODNESS in! You can choose either two of a yarn base (or fibre) or you can mix and match! This is perfect for people who might like extra yarn or fibre for a bigger project and it will also suit people who would like to try out more than one type of yarn. :)
Let us introduce our lovely yarn and fibre bases:
Lace weight yarn. 55% Silk 45% Wool. 933m (1020yd). 100g (3.53oz).
Fingering weight yarn. 50% Silk 50% Wool. 400m (437yd). 100g (3.53oz)
DK weight yarn (singles). 58% Australian Merino 42% Mulberry silk. 230m (251yd). 100g (3.53oz) -

Top for spinning. 70% 18.5micron Merino Wool 30% A-grade Mulberry Silk. 120g (4.23oz) -
Limited Quantities!And that's not all! You get to choose how you'd like your yarn or fibre to be dyed too! You could choose from having it dyed in a variegated or a semi-solid blue colourway (or you can choose to be surprised as well!)

Handmade Soap:Our handmade soap are made of the highest quality vegetable oils (Olive, Palm from certified sustainable source, Coconut and Rice Bran). We also use only pure essential oils (Rosemary, Lemon and Eucalyptus) and the pigments used for colouring are of high grades suitable for cosmetic products.

Shipping Information:All orders within Australia would be shipped in Express Post satchels which have a tracking number.
Prices for
REGISTERED postage overseas are as follows:
New Zealand: $9.00 (Total cost AUD$89)
Asia Pacific (Singapore, China, etc): $12.00 (Total cost AUD$92)
N. America and Europe: $16.00 (Total cost AUD$96)
While there are cheaper rates for non-registered post overseas, we prefer to send all club parcels registered as the items might not be easily replaceable. Simply tick the corresponding check box at the bottom if you are ordering from another country! :)
Overseas orders to be paid via Paypal only.
Club Timeline:Sign ups will be closed 21 August or when all spots are filled up (whichever comes first) and parcels will be mailed out by the 2nd week of September 2011.
While we strive hard to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen circumstances (or what we would like to call, "Murphy's law") may occur. We would contact you at the first opportunity to inform you of any delays. We thank you for your understanding!
